Robb Greenhoe, the creative force behind 2ndSun Designs and 2ndSun Gallery, was born in Munich, Germany in 1962. The son of a German mother and an American military father - he moved around often. He now resides in the Dallas, Texas area.

Robb developed an interest in art at a young age, and by high school, had developed his talent to such a degree that teachers and fellow students would approach him to do posters, drawings and paintings. In High School, he served as the Art Editor of the creative writing and arts magazine and designed the covers for both the magazine and the school yearbook.

Robb went on to further his education and soon received his college degree in Art and Graphic Design. He also worked at a graphic print shop during the summers and contracted on commercial art projects.

After college, career and family obligations became the priorities. His profession led him away from art and into the business and technology world. This resulted in his art being put on hold for some time.

Robb presently still works a corporate job as a consultant and project manager. On his own time he also partners in a photography and design business and also tries to find time to paint and create other art, usually for some local charity event. Needless to say, this keeps him extremely busy!
